TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
(1) Feature requires cellular or 5G Wi-Fi and an ambient temperature of at least 5ºC. Performance varies based on user location, device battery, temperature, internet connection, interference from other devices, and many other factors.
(2) Meta AI and voice commands only in select countries and languages. Please check local availability.
(3) Up to 4 hours on a single charge plus up to 32 extra hours with a fully charged case. Battery life depends on use, configuration, settings and many other factors. Actual results may vary. See our FAQs for more details.

WHAT DO I NEED TO USE RAY-BAN META GLASSES?
To use Ray-Ban Meta glasses, you need to connect them to a smartphone and the Meta AI app. Here's the complete checklist:
- Smartphone with a recent operating system: Android 10 or later (with location services enabled) or iPhone 10 or later (with iOS 14.4 or later). Here's the complete list of compatible smartphones
- Wireless Internet access
- USB-C charger (if charging from a power outlet and not directly from a USB port)

HOW CAN I RETURN MY RAY-BAN META GLASSES?
Returns are rare for Ray-Ban Meta glasses—we're sorry something went wrong with your purchase.
Ray-Ban Meta glasses purchased online can be returned by mail.
To return your Ray-Ban Meta by post, complete the following steps:
- Contact Customer Service who will assess the condition of the glasses and arrange the return.
- Import all your captures to your phone or the Meta AI app.
- Factory reset your glasses to erase your personal data and history.
- Turn off your glasses.
- Prepare your return using the box you received the glasses in. In addition to the glasses, include all accessories, including the charging case.
WHAT IS THE MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY POLICY?
You can view and download the Ray-Ban Meta manufacturer warranty policy hereAny manufacturing defects are covered by the warranty. The warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase. However, if you purchase the product within the EU or EFTA, the warranty period will be two (2) years.
